I’m departing from my usual Kayak Korner article this week to discuss the state of our fishery.  The Florida tourism board likes to boost that Florida is the “Fishing Capital of the World”.  I wonder if anyone on the tourism board has taken a look at our regulations lately?  Have they noticed the rapidly dwindling numbers of boat ramps?  What about  land bound angler access or lack of access?  Perhaps in today’s economy, all this is not very important to our legislative party.......READ MORE
